I did not like anything about the actual facility!!
The stay was close to the event location I was in town for. The place was quiet overall and there was no safety concerns whatsoever.
Breakfast OK. The waffle iron was not ready for the first one, but was good for the second one.
No breakfast provided, TV did not work properly, person who came to fix TV did not fix it and had bad attitude, handle to shower came off.

The room was impressively clean and notably spacious. Tatum is quite small, and the hotel's location is excellent for a 2-night stay. If we needed to stay longer, we would have.
The vent fan was dirty in the restroom. The shelf above the toilet was about to come off the wall. The shower curtain rod was about to come off the wall. The plug on the lamp between the 2 queen beds didn't work. We had 6 people and had to ask for more towels and were only given 2 and wasn't asked if we needed more. Overall, beds were comfortable, and sheets were clean and was pleased with the options there was for something to watch on tv. The room was spacious just wished a little bit more was put into making sure the small things were done and taken care of.
No eggs or sausage ect.

You have a very hateful and rude man working there ! He isn't American you need to teach him how to treat others!!! I will not be back because of him! He was hateful, rude, and very disrespectful!!!!
Check-in was easy and customer service was impecable..
Breakfast was ok. Just cold cereal and a waffle maker. Not much selection. But it was ok. Coffee was ok. No cream. Just the artificial stuff
The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The apple juice portion of the juice machine was broken, the coffee was nothing but hot water, and the food options/choices were few/limited.
The room was larger than expected.
This place was very classy. The room was clean, comfy and elegant. The Bed was exceptional. The town was small, and I was surprised to see this nice hotel here.
